So a few years back.... I had a girlfriend, lets call her Tempe. She would often go out with her then boyfriend and heave a great time at the bars with their rather large group of friends. She sometimes called me pretty late at night to talk after their fun rendezvous.
Well, one night at 2am, I got a call from her telling me all about their adventurous evening. After a short while, I could tell by the rustling and lack of talk on the other end of the call, that something was not right. I asked her if everything was OK. She took a deep breath that I could practically see right through the phone. Then she replied, 'he is going to kill me!' Referring to her boyfriend. Not knowing what she was talking about, I inquired. She said she just got home and can't find her cell phone anywhere...... Hmmmmm. How should I break it to her....
'Hey, Tempe, it's OK..... take a deep breath....' I said to her. She replied back that she has left her cell phone before. I then said, "It's OK because you are on your cell phone....'
Silence.....
'Oh no, you will never let me forget this will you?' she asked.
'Nope, I sure won't and not only that, I will be sharing this story withe people for the rest of my life!' I said gleefully!
