Hi there,
OK, so on my way to school this morning it snowed, rained, slushed, snowed, rained, and sloshed more! What the FUNKY CHICKEN is up with our sky?? I guess I really can't complain since we do have one of the most gorgeous and green states out there!
Spring is almost in the air and I am counting the days. Springtime is the Persian Muslim New Year which means family time with great eats! YUM YUM! Have you ever had Persian food. It's to die for! You would think since I grew up on it I would be sick of it..... NEVER, NOT A CHANCE! I still can't make a lot of the dishes but I have my amazing Mother and Auntie to assist me in my Persian foodie endeavors.
It's late and I still have some homework. 2 more weeks of school and I get a week OFF. What to do with all of that time??? Hmmmm.... Maybe I will brush up on my Persian cooking. Anyways, back to book stalking!

Well, I can tell you why the weather is funky. There is a solar storm that's been sending ions and raw energy towards Earth for almost 3 weeks. it's messing with our communications and weather.
I've only had Persian food once or twice (if falafals dont count)so I cant wait. As for you having time off, would you like to come and visit me in Sac for a couple of days? Just a thought.
